Download your information

There will be occasions when you want to transfer data to other programs (eg accounting systems). Our data download utility will email you a spreadsheet attachment of data for you to upload into other systems. For security the data can only be emailed to the address(es) registered with us. It is your data, although we look after it for you by backing it up at least three times per week. If you need a copy of all your data just let us know and we will arrange to transfer a data-file to you.

Extra Back-up

We give you the option to download the next two weeks appointments to a spreadsheet any time you want. In the event you can't conect to the internet for a short time this will give you off-line access to your appointments. You may like to do this at the beginning of each working day to protect your peace of mind.
