Invoices and Receipts

A Total System on One Screen

On the one screen you can see all previous appointments, which are billable and which have already been invoiced. You can see all past and current invoices, the details of the invoice and complete details of payment history. Press a single button and data from appointments not yet charged will be ready to invoice, or you may edit them or create new invoice details not associated with past appointments. Multiple invoice lines, product unit prices and quantities are built into the system -use them everytime or rarely, our intuitive system makes it easy.

Flexibility

Some products require taxes to be added or to be included, and this will take just a click of the button (your local tax rates are stored in the database).You can discount and create memos to be printed with each invoice line or across the whole invoice.
